Located next to the new Chautauqua Harbor Hotel, nestled in a quiet area where your family can have a relaxing vacation. Just a short drive from the National Comedy Center, Bemus Point, or Chautauqua Institution making the location perfect! These accommodations offer a propane grill, dock and boat lift (lift set up for pontoon boat), private porch, fire pit, laundry room, and window A/C's just to name a few amenities of this rental. Bedroom 1: King bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Loft: Double bed with twin trundle underneath. Rents year around. Pet Friendly. Trip Cancellation available upon request. **NO SMOKING**
