Direct access to Spruce Creek horse trails leading into Big South Fork Park (BSF). Short drives to countless trailheads for horse, hike, or bike (generally segregated). Easy trailer in and out. Just a few miles to Pogue Creek, Pickett Parks, BSF west entrance to Bandy Creek (horse and hike), Leatherwood Ford (hike, paddle). 12 miles (20 minutes) into Jamestown: grocery, hardware, fast food and dining.

Fenced-in dog run. Gated & shaded porches for your kids and pups! Plenty of room to roam and play on a quiet horse property when you're not out enjoying countless wonders just minutes in every direction!
