All the staff were kind and friendly. Good quality but basic breakfast. Everything worked well but some renovations could be done in bathrooms.

Night shift employees and maintenance man are great! Kind of dirty for a $150/night hotel... curly hair that wasn't ours in the shower, moldy shower curtain, carpet was sticky and dirty. People on drugs outside yelling, a bunch of cops showed up.

The hotel is conveniently located in Jamestown. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bed and bathroom linens were fresh and white. The hotel is very quiet with pleasant window views of the natural landscape. The bathroom was large and clean, and the shower was very warm and comfortable. I enjoyed the morning breakfast, fresh fruit, and hard-boiled eggs.

We stayed here a couple of nights and was pleasantly surprised. It was a little bit older, but not it was clean and comfortable. We didn't take advantage of breakfast since there was as Bob Evans next door, but it looked decent. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was also pet friendly. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Place was nice and quiet. The room could have been cleaned better. Shower head seemed dirty and cold of been cleaned. First night was quiet, second night was a bit loud then quiet down. Was very close to PA state line so worked out for my family and I. Breakfast was not great. Only had waffles, bagels, and fruit and Juice. The tables weren’t really being cleaned up after people ate. So we had to clean up to be able to sit down to eat. Was no sausage, or any protein with what they had. Need to step these things up. Pricing is amazing. Staff was nice no bad encounters.

The woman at the front desk couldn't find my reservation and was not very friendly. Property was ok but not worth the money. Breakfast was pretty good with several options available. Something in the bathroom was leaking as the floor was wet and there was hair all over the inside of the bathroom door. Carpet in the room also had wet spots.
