「Overall, the hotel wasn’t very clean and hallways smelled strongly of marijuana. Thankfully our room felt fairly clean. We went to breakfast 40 minutes before it was supposed to end and there was no warm food remaining and the waffle maker was broken. Overall we don’t recommend staying at this hotel and we won’t be returning.. 」

「Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.」

「Very clean and up to date. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be the smoke detector over the bed on the ceiling blinks a bright light every few minutes which gets very bright in a dark room. You can see it with your eyes closed. We covered the light with a piece of tape. Would stay again.」

「The furniture looked newer but the carpet was dirty and the doors were old and in rough shape. No body wash in the shower. Coffee was good.」

「I would give it zero stars if I could. The room smelled terrible like animal urine and they had no other rooms available. Shower was stained very yellow. Very low budget hotel and it wasn’t cheap. Would never stay again.」

「Could use a little updating but bed was comfortable. Location is great. Plenty of parking. Lobby was nice.」

「I am slightly handicapped and I was put in a room on the 2nd floor. The nice lady working Friday nite helped me get my luggage up there, which I was very thankful.」

「Staff was lovely and property was clean and in good shape but it’s getting worn and with all of the traffic of wet kids dripping the overly chlorinated water down the halls and rooms the carpet just has a funky odor. But the cleaning crew was really attentive and you can tell they work very hard to keep the rooms clean and comfortable for guests. I will stay here again without a doubt.」

「Hampton Inn is a great option for a stay in the Beloit area. The property is very clean with plenty of parking. Check-in and check out were very efficient and friendly desk staff. The AC worked great and despite being near a busy street - it was quiet in the room. I'd recommend on my next trip to the area.」

「This is an old property, and the rooms reflect the age. Not bad, dirty, or in disrepair, but well used and not updated. The breakfast had decent variety, but the "hot" items were not very good at all, maybe because they were kept in steamer trays with no heat source. But the waffle maker worked great, and the coffee machine serves hot fresh brew 24/7. Front desk staff was mostly absent during key hours (like morning check out). Seems like they live on the property, and spend more time there...
