  • About this space
    A beautiful second floor Penthouse that offers an excellent view of the historic court house and square. Our location gives you walking distance to all places on the square including the 2nd oldest brewery in the country, boutiques, hair and nail salons, home decor , antique shops, clothing and apparel, specialty treats, restaurants and bars.

    We have free parking and also a private elevator for any handicap needs..

    The space
    A spacious bedroom with balcony and walk in closet. Master bathroom with full walk in shower and seat bench.

    Guest access
    The Penthouse offers your own personal elevator to allow you access to the second floor if needed.

    Other things to note
    Monroe is home to Cheese Days, concerts on the square, cars on the square and also brewery tours.

This property is one of our favorites. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Myron is a wonderful host who goes the extra mile for his guests. This was our third time staying and we will stay again next year for sure!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful penthouse in downtown Monroe! The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining. The space itself was incredibly clean, updated, and thoughtfully designed—every detail contributed to a comfortable and relaxing experience. The arcade game was a fun bonus and a great touch! The penthouse was beautifully appointed. It looked even better in person than in the photos. It felt like a luxury hotel in the middle of a small town. Check in was seamless. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
