Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. "Location is truly superb on Rue Cler, in an old style 19th century Haussmannian building which is beautiful. Rue Cler is a famous pedestrian market street located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, France. Although the rooms are a little small the hotel staff are superb, attentive and very friendly. They went out of their way to help me retrieve a lost item. I can’t thank them enough and we would stay there again."
