This magnificent villa, freshly renovated, welcomes you for family or friends' holidays in Jard-Sur-Mer, in Vendée. You will appreciate its comfort and its carefully and colourful decoration. Set off to discover the neighbouring beaches or the Poitevin Marsh, after enjoying your breakfast, while enjoying the sun, on the covered terrace.
Your holiday rental is a charming 80 m² house with 3 bedrooms and can easily accommodate up to 6 people. The spacious covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a plancha, the exterior is fully enclosed. To ensure your comfort, the villa is heated by a heat pump and air conditioning is available in the living room, a television and radio are also at your disposal. The bright kitchen open to the living room is equipped with ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
