New house, single storey, located in a fully enclosed property, 700 m from the beach and port, and 400 m from the city center, away from the noise and summer bustle, consisting of an entrance, a large living room with fully equipped American kitchen (with induction hob), which opens onto a terrace with direct views of the forest; a room of 14 m2 with bed 160/200, TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a second room of 14 m2, equipped with two beds of 80/200 can be combined to form a bed of 160/200, private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a third separate toilet.
The living room TV (with big flat screen) works by satellite, which allows you to capture the channels of several countries.
The house is located in a property of two houses, one of which can be occupied by the owner.
Private and secure parking (electric gate)
Garden with lawn.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
From 29/06/2019 to 30/08/2019, rentals will be only from Saturday to Saturday for a duration of 1 to 2 weeks.
The rest of the year, the minimum duration is 3 nights, the maximum duration of 14 nights (except special agreement).

Extremely well-equipped and clean property. Very convenient location, quiet but only a short walk from local shops and coast. Ample car parking in secure courtyard. Lockable storage for bicycles. Quiet rear garden with views over woods. Catherine was a very helpful but discreet host. An excellent stay.

Sehr schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für eine 3-4 köpfige Familie. Es liegt total ruhig und etwas zurück versetzt in einer 30er Einbahnstrasse. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut, es fehlt an sbdolut nichts und man hat ausreichend Staumöglichkeiten. Es gibt auch eine Holzterrasse mit Stühlen, einem Tisch, Sonnenschirm und Liegen. Ansonsten ist der Garten wegen Hanglage nicht weiter nutzbar. Die Einfahrt ist etwas knapp gestaltet und könnte für z.B. einen Bulli spannend werden. Mittelklasse SUV mit Radträger hinten dran ging ganz gut. Im Ort ist alles zu Fuss oder mit dem Rad erreichbar. Ich war mit einem EAuto da und ich konnte den Wagen regelmäßig an einer ca. 500 m entfernten AC Ladesäule für 4h laden. Laut App sollte es in Jard-sur-mer auch noch einen DC Lader geben. Der Charger war allerdings leider ein Geist. Die Vermieterin Catherine ist sehr nett und zurückhaltend, erklärt alles sehr ausführlich (französisch) und steht immer für Fragen online zur Verfügung, ist bei Check in und Check out auch vor Ort. Man merkt, dass ihr die Pflege des Hauses wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Catherine is a wonderful host, her welcome has you feeling at home straight away. The house is spotlessly clean, well equipped and wonderfully comfortable. Situated on the edge of a wood the house is quiet and peaceful yet the village and beaches are easily walkable. All in all a perfect getaway.

Schönes Ferienhaus am Atlantik

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Jard-sur-Mer. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Es liegt direkt am Wald und es ist daher ruhig. Andererseits erreicht man zu Fuß den Bäcker in 5 Minuten und einen nicht überfüllten bewachten Strand in 10 Minuten. Besonders schön war es, Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen auf der großzügigen Terrasse essen zu können. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

Maison intelligemment conçue, pratique et TB équipée. La terrasse arrière qui donne sur la forêt permet réellement de se sentir dans la nature tout en étant proche de tous les commerces et du marché du lundi matin. Un garage sépare la maison de celle des propriétaires. Et donc, à part quand ils viennent dans le garage, on ne s’entend absolument pas. Propriétaire aimable et discrète

Fantastic House

This property was perfect for our stay in Jard, the hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. The house was spotless and well equipped and in a perfect location for the beach and centre. In such a lovely quiet area we even saw deer at the bottom of the garden in the forest 3 mornings whilst having our breakfast. Would highly recommend this house, and hope to visit again.

Haus am Wald

Das Haus ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Das Vermieterpaar ist freundlich und dezent. Das Haus befindet sich in zweiter Reihe. Parken ist nur im Innenhof möglich und für unbegabte Fahrer mit sehr großem Auto eine Herausforderung. Das Grundstück selbst ist durch die Hanglage nicht weiter nutzbar. Aber es gibt eine ausreichend große Holzveranda inklusive Sonnenschirm und Liegen. Der am unteren Grundstücksende angrenzende Wald spendet teilweise Schatten. (gut an heißen sonnigen Sommertagen) Gelegentlich hört man Vogelgezwitscher und sieht Rehe vorbeischauen. Zum Markt und Ortskern geht man 5 Minuten, zum Hafen 10 Minuten. Es hat uns gut gefallen.
