“We loved this hotel! We were blown away by the warm staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt at home right away on our large, immaculate, cozy 2 bedroom suite with comfy beds, equipped with everything we could need. The housekeeping staff kept the suite perfectly clean. We had massages in the room - one of the best ones I have ever had. The neighborhood was so beautiful and calm with many restaurants around the corner and a Walmart Express grocery store a few blocks away.……

“My family and I stayed at this hotel for six nights, occupying three rooms—one twin and two singles. I was in one of the single rooms and wanted to share both the positives and the problems we encountered to inform others.
I would first like to commend a member of staff who served us breakfast on most mornings (he seemed to be off on the 18th). He was friendly and took the time to clearly explain the menu options. All the breakfasts were delicious.
Regrettably, I must express my disappointment……

“The location was really nice and the listing was accurate. However the receptionist working in the morning was quite rude and we were not allowed to leave our bags in the lobby during check-in or check-out despite this being mentioned in the listing. The staff were not helpful at all and simply told us to figure it out ourselves. Overall the place was nice but the lack of assistance and inconsistency with the listing made the experience less enjoyable.”
