“No receptionist to speak with directly at the property! By phone the lady just kept telling me she had emailed me my information for the code to access to the building & my room & would not provide me the information. I waited an additional 3hrs to resolve this issue. The floors looked like they had survived a flood & smelled just as bad! The rooms looked nothing like the pictures! Much smaller, no air conditioning, or windows to open! I was afraid I'd get bedbugs! The smell was so bad I……

“The room was big, clean, with a nice view. However, it was said to be lockers at the basement, so if we arrived early, we can leave the luggage there. But there were only two lockers for the whole building, and they were always occupied until we left. This is kind of funny, since people should bring their luggage into their room after they checked in. Those lockers are either fake, or someone that is not living in this building took those for their own use.”

“It was a total mis match for us. The first sign of trouble was the 4 flights of steps that were narrow and hard to haul luggage up. The lock on the door to the unit was a padlock which didn’t have a marking as to where to line up the numbers. We reached out to the host but got no answer. Seems like a proper lock should be at the door to a VRBO rental. Once in the unit we experienced several issues. It was very hot, the hosts left no water- which we have always found in a VRBO and the hosts left……

“公寓式酒店空間算是蠻大的，該有的東西都非常的齊全，整潔度也還算可以，唯一的就是外出的時候離車站稍嫌遠了一些，且斜坡多樓梯多爬上爬下要特別注意，附近是一個學區，治安算是不錯的，購物商場有一段路不過也不算太遠，都10分鐘內步行可到達，只是步行的途中是樓梯跟斜坡這一點要特別的注意，公寓有要求當你退房的時候必須要將垃圾清除乾淨並且拿去指定的地方拋棄，整體來說，這家公寓是酒店還算是不錯的。”
