The apartment has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed (180cm) and one with 2 bunk beds (90cm each). This apartment offers everything you need and more, with modern, all essentials in the kitchen and a big private terrace that offers amazing views.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION



The apartment has 3 bedrooms; one with a double bed (180cm), one with 2 bunk beds (90cm each), and the last bedroom has one bunk bed over an office space. So 5 sleeps in total. Sonos speaker in the apartment, just connect to the wi-fi and you can play your own music!



The kitchen has all the essentials you need for preparing your own meals - oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, tea kettle, coffee maker and much more. There you will also find a dining table perfect for four persons. In the living room you have a cosy sofa where you can unwind. The bathroom is white tiled and newly renovated, complete with shower, a sink and a WC - we also provide towels. From the kitchen you have access to the big private terrace. There you can enjoy a dinner in the summer and spring, or just take in the beautiful view of Swedish nature. There is free parking on the property or street outside, and there you will also find charging posts for electric cars.



In the basement you have access to, among other things, relax, gym, sauna, toilet, and laundry. Relax, sauna and gym have their own speakers that are accessed via e.g. Spotify when you are connected to the network. Here is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of skiing.



There is a trail just 200m from the house. This trail takes you to the slopes and Bergshotellet in under 15min on bike, or 30 min walking. In the summer you can use the trail to access the XC bike trails in the area and the downhill bike park directly (no need to go by car), i.e. `bike-in-bike-out` :-)



If you enjoy fishing, there is a nice small lake about 20 minutes walking from the house.



If you like cross country skiing, Harsa, one of Swedens best areas for XC, is less than 15min by car from the house!



Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.

Järvsö is a place full of fun activities and beautiful nature. This is the perfect place for you, whether you’re looking for calmness or adventure. In the summer you can rent a bike and visit the many bike trails or why not take a whole day to visit the Järvzoo where you and your family can visit wolves, arctic foxes, eurasian lynxes and many other animals. If you enjoy sports and adventures there are a lot of activities close by - you can play paddle tennis (a sport that has become immensely popular in Sweden recently), riverboard, climb, go water rafting, kayak, zip line, bathe in Ljusnan, golf, fish, hike in the beautiful nature and lots more. You literally can’t get bored here.



In the winter this is the perfect apartment to stay in during your ski vacation. Järvsöbacken has 20 alpine slopes and 8 lifts. There are slopes for the more advanced skier, but also for beginners. And for the children there is a ski school with instructors that can teach the children how to ski. At the Järvsöbacken there is also a childrens’ club called Loa, where the kids can have fun and play in the snow while parents can relax for an hour or two. If you prefer cross country skiing there are a lot of tracks for that as well. If you don’t feel like skiing there are plenty of other activities in the neighborhood. The Järvzoo is open in the winter as well, you can rent snowshoes and walk around in nature, and why not go on a husky tour?



During both winter and summer there are a lot of restaurants open. In Järvsö you will find fancy champagne bars, more low key cafées and a lot of different restaurants. There are also stores around so you can prepare your own meals at the apartment.



Whether in winter or summer this truly is the best place to be in for a family vacation - with fun things around every corner.



The easier way to get around is by car, but you can also take the bus from the train station in Järvsö center. The bus will take you very close to the apartment, with only a five minute walk from the bus station to the apartment.

If you want to walk into the town of Järvsö there is a nice path by the water. Just cross the highway and take the small dirt road over the fields. You will be in Järvsö in about 20 min. This path is open both summer and Winter. Its also possible to take a path through the woods. In that case you take a right when walking out of the parking and continue for about 200m where you will see a path on your right side. This leads to Bergshotellet and the main lift system.



With respect to neighbors and families in the building, there is a strict policy that no parties/events or smoking is allowed. The walls are thin, so no loud music/noise allowed after 22 and only confirmed guests are allowed in the apartment. In the unfortunate event of misconduct, the booking can be canceled so please respect the home and neighbors.
