The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a refined and comfortable stay.

The living and dining room spans 40 m2 and features characteristic sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 220 to 300 cm, creating a bright and airy atmosphere enhanced by the flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning. 2 of the bedrooms share a similar architectural charm, each with sloping ceilings reaching between 200 and 300 cm in height, and are individually equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as their own air conditioning unit. Each of these 2 rooms also provides direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom, equally appointed with sloping ceilings ranging from 170 to 250 cm, features 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with air conditioning. The open kitchen, integrated within the living area and featuring sloping ceilings between 200 and 300 cm, is fully equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, each with WC. Outdoor space is provided through 2 balconies, a small balcony of 2 m2 and a larger balcony of 9 m2, both furnished and offering views of the sea.
