“It was very clean, very nice, we did have some issues with getting the door key reprogrammed multiple times.”

“This hotel needed an update about 20 years ago. There are holes in the walls that have been patched with paint that doesn't match. The carpet has numerous stains everywhere! The showers were stained. No coffee pots in the rooms. Not even an alarm clock. They did have a small fridge which froze everything and a microwave. The TV had no sound. I slept with my clothes on. The property is really run down. I expected more out of Wyndham.”

“Key pad was a bit troublesome to enter the code, but not terrible. Great area. Perfect for what we were looking for. Close access to downtown and the Y where we had our 40th reunion. ”

“This was fantastic! There were so many well thought out details that made the whole stay so pleasant! It was also incredibly cozy and the beds were so comfortable! We will absolutely be booking again next time we are headed to Mississippi.”

“Needs some maintenance but it is an old building. Area around outside balcony kind of ratty…no scenery at all. But was conveniently located and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen all good. Bathroom good. Had a lot of rain while there….several interior leaks. Advised staff….no response. Tornado warning nearby. Should be info to view on where to go for cover in event of tornado approaching. Beware to older folks: stairs extremely steep!!! Be careful!! ”

“The room was clean and the stay overall was excellent. The only negative mark against the room is the lack of a window. That was shocking when checking in. Location is right in the middle of downtown, so there are shops and restaurants within feet of the entrance.”

“The property is well taken care of and within walking distance of Downtown, although Laurel is a very drivable town. Would definitely stay there again.”

“This was a great place. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet, except for an occasional train whistle. Which we thought added to the ambiance. Nicely furnished. Kitchen looked well stocked with necessary cooking items. Although we only made coffee during our stay. There were good places to eat in the area. You can see the Scotsman’s workshop from the VRBO. Parking was free and adjacent to the unit. Highly recommend.”
