Love the hospitality of the place with helpful and friendly staff especially the man on reception as he answer all the queries happily related to the stay at the resort. Area is beautiful with scenic views covered with mountains. Highly recommend for the stay near Jasper.

A hiding gem that just half an hour from Jasper on Highway 16. A heritage log lodge with an 11/10 panoramic view of the close Rockies. Cozy, roomy lodge, spacious rooms, over and above staff that made our very special occassion stay awesome. Food was 1st class. This is most definitely a return vacation stay. Thank you Overlander Mountain Lodge, you guys are the best.

The staff here are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble and this is the strength of this hotel. The restaurant is good with an amazing view. We had a room in the main house, which had dated decor but an amazing view and a balcony.

Having the fireplace in the room was verrrrry cozy, also being able bring along the furbaby and how furbaby rooms were spread out was nice too, parking right in front of my room. And my room backed out towards one of the many trail system in the area which is mapped out in the visitor sheet given to you at check-in

This was a pleasant experience at the Overlander. All staff were very easy to interact with and quick with recommendations and local insight. Of particular note was Rishi at the front desk. He possesses exemplary customer service skills and is a very polite and mature representative of the property. Being outside of Jasper itself was a new thing for us, and we enjoyed the local trails and craft brewery nearby, while using it as a base for day trips. Breakfast quality and service were as awesome as the view, and at $20, it’s amazing value. Thanks for the great trip.

We stayed in a room in the main lodge, and were lucky to be upgraded to a mountain view. It was lovely - no TV or telephone made it a very relaxing stay. Our room, however, did not have any hot water, so showering or bathing was not possible. We checked out early so there was no one to report this to upon our departure. Aside from this, our stay was lovely.

This is a pet friendly property. I think it has a different feel when you stay in this lodge. This is without the regular amenities such as a TV or a microwave inside the room, but it brings you back to basics which is pure, simple, welcoming and really warm. You are not going to experience the usual stay in a regular hotel room but more off a cabin in the outdoors,

First , there are no tvs in the rooms , would have been nice to watch playoff hockey. They definitely need new mattresses, bedding. The whole room needs a DEEP clean. I would not recommend this place, the only thing going for it is the view.
