Fireplace was broken, microwave door handle was broken, disposal got stuck to the "on" mode and would not shut off for 10 minutes...we had to call after hours emergency number because we thought it could catch fire. Luckily it turned off by itself, but we couldn't use it to finish our kitchen cleanup. The eyes on the gas stove had only one level of heating on all eyes (high) so it was difficult to cook without burning your food. The hand stair railing going down to the bottom level of the home did not go all the way down the stair well. My friend fell down several stairs. I was walking down as well one time holding onto the railing and the same thing almost happened to me. The view was amazing and was satisfied with the furniture furnishings. It is just a shame that we had all these issues
