"The property is a bit older but the service was the best I've ever had during my trip in Alberta. Parking was convenient. Staff were great. Microwave is available upon request. It is super quiet so the stay was very recovering. With such a reasonable price, I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay at Jasper."

"My wife and I booked in advance and immediately received a response to say that the hotel was undergoing new construction works, therefore we had to use facilities at their sister hotels. I responded straightaway asking to be moved to one of their sister hotels, but received no further response. On arrival, we spent a lot of time with the staff management to secure a room with a shower (not a bath). We were initially told that we would have to move on the second night into a room with a bath because the room that we got for the first night was booked for another guest on our second night. The next morning, the management kindly let us continue to stay in the same room with a shower. At least, the management did help to meet our needs (we are both in our 70s and a bath presents safety risks, slipping and falling). The hotel itself is first class. No doubt, when construction is completed, the hotel would be outstanding, only second to Fairmont Lodge. In general, the hotel is well maintained, clean, and very helpful staff. They even arranged a revised time for our boat cruise on Lake Maligne promptly."

"Good location just a few blocks from the main downtown area and easily walkable. The room was spacious and well equipped and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Check in and check out was quick and easy with friendly helpful staff. The on site restaurant was great for dinner with excellent food and service."
