Villa très fonctionnelle

Séjour très agréable bien que pas mal de vent en cette saison : avril L’emplacement de la villa est très bien : proche des commerces et de la plage de l’arenal Par contre les villas sont très proches et je pense qu’en pleine saison la promiscuité a peut-être des inconvénients, pour notre part étant quasiment seuls s’erait parfait

Luces y sombras

Casa amplia y espaciosa. Piscina grande para dos adultos y dos niñas. Las camas son cómodas y el entreno es tranquilo. Cierto que depende de los vecinos tambien.Cerca de Jávea en coche y cerca de supermercados. En caso de avería de algún electrodoméstico vienen el mismo día o al día siguiente a arreglar. Al llegar la piscina y el poco cesped artificialque habia estaba sucia. La casa está rodeada de pinos y con el viento cae todo a la piscina. La limpian los jueves y nosotros llegamos un sábado. Tuve que limpiar la parte exterior durante una hora. Es una pena que la zona exterior de la casa sea más de la mitad de cemento o piedras. No se puede utilizar para poder estar con los niños. Solo tienes una pequeña zona para estar tumbado.

la verdad que todo tal vez un poco alejada del casco urvano para ir caminando por lo demas estupendo tranquilos y unos sitios hermosos para visitar para mi todo perfecto solo un pequeño incidente se equivocaron de llaves y tuvimos que estar al sol hasta que se soluciono el error tambien podrian darnos dos juegos de llaves para no depender deir a todo juntos gracias por todo lo demas

Dimensiones de la piscina y adecuado estado Buen mantenimiento del interior del chalet, (cuartos de baño) Frigorífico. Seguridad en puertas de entrada a la parcela, sin llave y muy pequeñas en altura

La casa como en el anuncio.

La casa es amplia y cómoda para los 3 que estuvimos. La terraza, jardín y piscina una maravilla. Todo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones. La única pega han sido Las fiestas los fines de semana, alguna muy cerca con bastante ruido. En cuanto a la casa, tanto el microondas como la nevera necesitan una renovación, el resto todo perfecto. Por otro lado, es fundamental definir si son alojamientos para vacaciones en familia o puedes encontrar fiestas en las casas vecinas. Las expectativas de las vacaciones son diferentes y tienen difícil convivencia.
