The property is fully air-conditioned with a ducted air conditioning system.
The design of the accommodation is characterised by its single-level layout, thus offering comfort and accessibility. The house entrance leads to a terrace with a children's area, providing a safe and pleasant space. Additionally, it features a modern fully-equipped American kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, washer-dryer and dining area.
