Old apartment block "L'Ancora", 3 storeys. In the district of Arenal, in a central, busy position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: outdoor shower. Shop 300 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant, café 60 m, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 200 m. Tennis 60 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
4-room apartment 84 m2 on 2nd floor. Bright, partly renovated, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV and fan. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 2 beds and fan. 1 room with 1 bed and fan. 1 room with 1 french bed and fan. Kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Logement dans un état médiocre à notre arrivée

Nous avons perdu 3 jours de vacances avec la venue de techniciens dans l’appartement pour réparer de nombreux défauts constatés à notre arrivée !! Toutes les Poignées de porte cassées,meubles non fixés au mur ,évacuation de l’eau de douche bouchée qui a généré le gonflement du bas de la porte de la salle de bain donc impossible de fermé celle ci ,lave linge rempli d’eau avec une serviette moisie a l’intérieur,intervention d’un technicien car courroie de celle ci HS ….. et encore et encore …. A déconseiller !!!
