Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 large room with Dressing room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, double hand-basin, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen), air conditioning. Perfect :-)

We were 6 person of us in the villa and we all liked the place very much. There were everything we needed and a bit more :-) Location was very good and house, garden and the pool were really good. There was even a petanque court in the garden and it was fun to play with family. It is easy to see that the house owners really want to keep place in a good shape. Next time when we visit Javea, we will first check if this place is available :-)

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Traumhaus. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Morgens auf der Terrasse frühstücken mit Blick auf die Berge, der schöne Pool, die liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer, der Pool wird jede Woche diskret gesäubert, also rundum perfekt. Man kann seine Wäsche im separaten Raum unten waschen, die Bäder sind schön, der große TV topp, nichts zu meckern. Schlüsselübergabe bei interhome nett und unkompliziert.

Very happy with the villa, very well equipped and plenty of well thought out areas to enjoy your outside living. The pool is large enough for any family to enjoy and play in. If I was to suggest any improvements it would be the area at the end of the garden where the Boules pitch is. This is a little dated and tired looking (old sunbeds). The addition of a pool table would be nice touch and maybe a bar type area to enable people to stay down there and enjoy time without having to keep going back to the house for drinks. Finally, the TV instructions do not work to enable easy access to the various Nationalities of TV that they say is available. Although we did access the English Netflix but not standard TV. Overall I would rate this villa as an 8.5 out of 10 and would definitely recommend it.

Wygodny dom w Benitatxell.

Dom znajduje się w Benitatxell, nie zaś jak określono w opisie w Jávea. To sąsiednia miejscowość. Mieści się w spokojnej dzielnicy, pośród innych domów, w pierwszej linii zabudowy. Lokalizacja zapewnia ciszę, jeśli nie liczyć przechodzącego w pewnej odległości rano oraz wieczorem stada kóz i owiec. Dom jest dobrze utrzymany i czysty. Wygodna kuchnia połączona z salonem. Ogród, basen i taras sprzyjają relaksowi. Grill węglowy widoczny na zdjęciach jest wyłączony z użytkowania.

Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder

Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Bequeme Betten und gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Küchenschränke sind etwas mühsam zu bedienen und sehen nach dem Anfassen eher unappettlich aus. Das Wifi ist ziemlich schlecht und laaaangsam. Ansonsten schönes Haus. Leider fehlte bei Ankunft die Handtücher, ein Leintuch und die Müllsäcke.

Très jolie maison

Très jolie maison. Située au bout d'un petit chemin dans les champs et en dehors d'une urbanisation, mais avec une très belle vue. Il ne manquait rien. On a passé un séjour très agréable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison. Située au calme, au bout d'un petit chemin au milieu des champs, mais avec une très jolie vue et à quelques kilomètres seulement d' El Arenal. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis très bien dans cette maison. Elle est moderne et fonctionnelle. Il ne manque rien. Un petit bémol. En l'absence des propriétaires, la personne qui s'occupe de la piscine avait négligé l'entretien. Mon mari l'a signalé à l'agence et le lendemain, la piscine a été nettoyée correctement.

Très belle Villa et des équipements flateurs

Nous louons une Villa chaque été depuis plusieurs année via Intehome et cette Villa correspond parfaitement à nos attentes. Elle se situe à moins de 15 min en voiture du centre/plage de Javea dans un quartier calme et tranquille. L'autoroute AP7 est elle aussi à 15 min. Elle possède un emplacement parking couvert (gabarit berline). L'équipement intérieur est riche (TV dans chaque chambre, douche Italienne, Frigo américain...) et l'ambiance générale de l'intérieur est flatteur. La villa est pourvue d'un Barbecue au Gaz et d'un au charbon. A notre belle surprise, des jeux en extérieur (baby foot, pétanque...) comme pour la piscine (ballon, bouées diverses...) sont à dispositions. Idem à l'intérieur, quelques jeux de société sont présents. La vue est magnifique (certes sans la mer mais sans vis à vis).

Formidable mais...

Mauvaise odeurs dans les salles de bain provenant certainement des meubles. Le service de nettoyage de la piscine rapide mais loin d'être compétant, le nettoyage des bords n'as plus été fait depuis un temps. Sinon superbe maison dans un coin très très tranquille! À recommander
