Great Apartment in great location and secure complex

Great apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Location was excellent, just a few mins walk to the beach, supermarket etc all you need on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be looking to book again.

The communications were exceptional. So easy to follow all the instruction plus we received several texts during the week to see if anything was required, We loved everything. Will 100% go back again.

Golden Gardens completely met out expectations

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Although we were only 750 metres from the beach we could end our evenings on the balcony in absolute silence. The pool was lovely too. There was a loose bannister but considering we visited the apartment towards the end of the season, I suspect it was something that will be remedied over the winter.

Muy buena estancia

Increíblemente cómodo y lindo, con mucho espacio en todas las estancias. También el trato y atención del personal tenemos que recalcarla. Está muy bien equipado y limpio. Está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de la zona de playa y restaurantes. Volveríamos sin duda!

La casa está bien situada, a 8 minutos andando de la playa

Es muy grande y está bien equipada. El jardín y la piscina son muy agradables. Está situada a 5 minutos andando de un supermercado grande, farmacia, estanco, bares y algún restaurante. Es buen sitio para ir con niños Al llegar tuvimos un problema porque la casa no estaba lista pero lo cierto es que la agencia que lo gestiona lo solucionó enseguida y nos dieron una buena respuesta.

Decoración genial,muy limpio,muy amplio,muy completo en cuanto a todo (utensilios de cocina,mobiliario terrazas,hamacas para la playa/piscina),plaza de parking propia).Nuestro contacto Andrés (de Rock Rentals fue encantador dándonos ideas deopciones de visitas, restaurantes,ocio...y resolviendonos los problemillas iniciales con las persianas y el aire acondicionado.La piscina tb es espectacular,muy bonita,bien cuidada y abre hasta las 00h.Superrecomendable!!!! Televisión imposible de sintonizar(tenía q venir el antenista y pasamos...).Las persianas estaban todas estropeadas(fallo de comprobación previa por su parte)...

Just got back from 2 glorious weeks in Xabia and our 3rd stay at Golden Gardens. The accommodation was perfect, the location, amenities, space, cleanliness, well everything was just great and made for a relaxing holiday that was very much needed after 2 years of not travelling far from home.
