  • Luxury Villa El Castillo is set in the tranquil area of Costa Nova in Javea with fabulous views across a cluster of pine trees. The bright and spacious lounge, dining area and master bedroom have doors leading onto the spacious terrace where spectacular views can be enjoyed. The garden has a built in barbecue and external kitchen fully equiped on the large terrace and a beautiful private swimming pool with full privacy. Fully equiped kitchen with a family room and double doors leading out to a open terrace (Naya). Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors leading out to main terrace. Separate bathroom/WC and shower. The hallway opens out into the dining area and patio doors open out onto the open terrace (Naya). Double bedroom with en-suite shower facilities. Twin bedroom. Separate bath and shower room and WC. Internet WIFI + smart TV 42" (UK and French channels) . The bedlinen and towels are provided.

    From September to May:
    1/ we can heat the pool with heated pump for €170/week - The temperature will be between 27C and 28C - just amazing!

    2/ we can switch on the central heating (on top of air conditioning and wood fire) for €70/week.

This is a superb villa. It is clean, tidy, comfortable with loads of outdoor space. It is only a short drive (less than 10 mins) to a lovely beach with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back. X

Highly recommend this villa! The outside area is a perfect oasis with pool and outdoor dining and seating. Perfect hosts and excellent communication and recommendations by Jean Luc! One of the best we have used on VRBO!

Great stay, lovely surroundings and nice property. Pool was fab (suggest having the pool heated) superb air conditioning, and good facilities. Plenty of sun beds and loads of ground space. Would suggest bringing plenty of mozzi repellent for at 6pm around the pool!

Absolutely perfect!

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. It is very well equipped, the beds are comfy, the pool is a good size and everything was very clean. Villa was well equipped. Clean & tidy on arrival. Jean the owner was very helpful and in touch before and during stay outdoor kitchen was brilliant. Had a couple of minor problems but Jean was very quick to get them sorted did not impact our stay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful second stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the location, the layout and the outside space. It had everything we needed for a family with young children. The heated pool is lovely and there are plenty of spaces to dry out in the sun. This time we explored a bit and had a walk in the green zone behind the house. The outside space at the property is very private and surrounded by fruit trees and nature. We enjoyed watching the swallows and swifts from the veranda and found a baby praying mantis on one of the sun beds. A very relaxing place.

Great villa in a great location

We have just returned from a family holiday with 3 generations of our family. The villa was excellent and well set up for outdoor eating and living. The pool was lovely with a great BBQ area and fridge. Inside the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were well proportioned and as described in the details. The location of the villa is excellent for reaching some lovely nearby towns including Javea, Moiraira and Denia. There was a beach within a 10 minute drive with lots of restaurants. Lots of supermarkets nearby too. Overall the villa is really well thought out to cater for great outdoor living. You do need a car to travel to the local towns.

Lovely stay in beautiful villa

We had a great time at El Castillo. The villa was great for our party of 3 couples, each having their own separate area with bathroom. The pool is great and warm and we enjoyed sitting under the shaded canopy when the sun was hot. Lovely areas of seating for dinner and the outside kitchen is very useful. Taxis to town were not great as we had to book 2 for our party of 6 each time as they only provide a vehicle for 6 if going out of Javea. Had great meals at El Momento and Casa de la Pizzeria just down the road. Great trips to waterfalls, water park, Denia and Moraira. Jean is a great host and responds quickly. All in all a fantastic time.

big house/great location

We stayed here while we transitioned from our apt in Velencia to our new home in Granadella. As it turns out the VRBO was less than 5 minutes from our home. I wish we had been able to stay here in warmer weather because the pool is awesome but we didn't pay extra for the heating. If we did it again we would definitely pay for the heating. The owner was very easy to communicate with and we didn't want for anything. A bonus was the orange tree in back along with the electric orange juice squeezer we enjoyed fresh juice every day!

Amazing Villa

We are just back home after an amazing week with our 3 children. Jean Luc is an absolute amazing host with great communication before, during and after. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could ask for. It is extremely clean, well maintained with regular pool maintenance. It was extremely secure which gave us peace of mind with having 3 children in the house. Jean Luc arranged a restaurant booking for us at Oasis for my wife’s birthday which was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will be back next year. Carl

Nice property but needs money spending on it as it’s tired (especially two of bathrooms)

The location of the property is great and the communication was also spot on However the villa is dated and needs some money spending on it to justify the price charged. We have holiday homes and would not have rented it if we had known prior to booking. The two bathrooms have black mould in the grouting and around a much of the base which is unsightly, the fridges are beige and dated and not at all what we expected. The kitchen is well kitted out with pans and glass wear etc but no cleaning sprays, cloths or washing up liquid or dishwasher pods which we supply in abundance in each of ours! It has some great Restaurants nearby and the outside pool area was great.enjoyed out vacation in Javea but would not return to this villa.

The best holiday villa experience in Javea

We stayed here as a group of 6, my family (2 adults, 2 children) and my parents. Communication is second to none. Any questions and issues are Swiftly answered, We kindly requested groceries which were there, refrigerated on arrival. Villa is clean, and there is everything there you need. Pool was heated so was absolutely perfect for the kids and just steadily cool down. Facilities are second to none and security is tighter than fort Knox! No chance of intrusion. Beautiful beautiful holiday home! A place that is actually cared for as their own property rather than a rental villa that is purely a moneyspinner. Even when we were there the owner was in contact making sure everything was okay. And information pack was within the documentation showing what was around and places to visit. I honestly cannot recommend this villa on the whole enough. To stay in a villa that's got all relevant amenities and owners who care about your experience. Is absolutely invaluable. me and my family WILL be back. And wouldnt hesitate to rebook in a heartbeat. 100/10. Many thanks!

Amazing Stay at a Stunning Villa

OMG.....what a stunning villa this is. We travelled as a family of 6 adults and this villa was perfect for us. It has so much to offer. A brillaint pool and sunbed area. A lovely shaded settee area (definitely needed in the midday sun). The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy. 3 Bathrooms for 3 couples.....perfect The lounge is great, even though we only used it for 1 evening. The kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher and washing machine. But here are the real show stoppers..... Want to eat in the sun? Yes you can at the pool side table that will seat 8. Want to eat in the shade?..... certainly.....Just take yourself to the 1st floor balcony outside the kitchen.....another table that easily seats 8....That was our favorite spot for breakfast and lunch Fancy a BBQ? No problem....brick BBQ and all the utensiles are there. But the best thing of all???? The fully equipped outside kitchen.....simply amazing. If you want to stay at a Villa in Javea, you wont find a better one than this. The owner, Jean Luc is super helpful and is always available to answer your queries over the VRBO message service. Oh forgot to mention......it even has a covered car port to keep the heat off your car (you do need to hire a car to stay here - the town is only 5-10mins drive but you wouldnt want to walk it. All in all...... we have had the perfect holiday at the perfect property...... we will return. Thankyou Jean Luc

Perfect family holiday

The villa was absolutely perfect, exactly what we were hoping for. The outdoor area was superb, with everything we could possibly need: a huge pool, plenty of seating areas, a BBQ, and a pool bar (my husband's favourite part!). The facilities in the villa were home from home, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was a lovely breakfast spot just a short walk away, and several supermarkets within a short drive. The local area has lots of beaches, bars, and restaurants to explore. It was an easy drive from Alicante airport, and the villa was simple to find using Google Maps. Communication from the host was spot on, really helpful throughout. We had a fantastic stay!

Great week in perfect house

We had a great week in this house. Large rooms, quiet, nice Pool, almost perfect for a week off. To go to the beach or supermarket you need a car.
