Luxury Villa El Castillo is set in the tranquil area of Costa Nova in Javea with fabulous views across a cluster of pine trees. The bright and spacious lounge, dining area and master bedroom have doors leading onto the spacious terrace where spectacular views can be enjoyed. The garden has a built in barbecue and external kitchen fully equiped on the large terrace and a beautiful private swimming pool with full privacy. Fully equiped kitchen with a family room and double doors leading out to a open terrace (Naya). Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors leading out to main terrace. Separate bathroom/WC and shower. The hallway opens out into the dining area and patio doors open out onto the open terrace (Naya). Double bedroom with en-suite shower facilities. Twin bedroom. Separate bath and shower room and WC. Internet WIFI + smart TV 42" (UK and French channels) . The bedlinen and towels are provided.

From September to May:
1/ we can heat the pool with heated pump for €170/week - The temperature will be between 27C and 28C - just amazing!

2/ we can switch on the central heating (on top of air conditioning and wood fire) for €70/week.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Bij aankomst hadden we geen warm water en het zwembad had niet de temperatuur die het zou moeten hebben. Maar meteen contact gehad met Jean Luc die op afstand instructies gaf, hoe we het op konden lossen. We hebben daarna heerlijk genoten. De villa ligt prachtig, heeft een heerlijk zwembad en een mooie tuin.

Perfect family holiday

The villa was absolutely perfect, exactly what we were hoping for. The outdoor area was superb, with everything we could possibly need: a huge pool, plenty of seating areas, a BBQ, and a pool bar (my husband's favourite part!). The facilities in the villa were home from home, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was a lovely breakfast spot just a short walk away, and several supermarkets within a short drive. The local area has lots of beaches, bars, and restaurants to explore. It was an easy drive from Alicante airport, and the villa was simple to find using Google Maps. Communication from the host was spot on, really helpful throughout. We had a fantastic stay!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben zum wiederholten Mal einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in dem Haus genossen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Frühstück auf der sonnenbeschienenen Terrasse und relaxen am beheizten Pool haben uns eine gute Zeit beschert. Weder einmal ein sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.

séjour très agréable

la location se trouve tout près des plus belles plages. le propriétaire est très disponible et répond de suite à toute demande. la maison est fonctionnel et à l'abris des regards (aucun vis à vis). je recommande sans hésitation cette location afin de passer de bonne vacances en famille.

Great stay, lovely surroundings and nice property. Pool was fab (suggest having the pool heated) superb air conditioning, and good facilities. Plenty of sun beds and loads of ground space. Would suggest bringing plenty of mozzi repellent for at 6pm around the pool!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Kinder konnten den beheizten Pool genießen und die Erwachsenen u.a. die untergehende Sonne von der Terrasse aus. Mehrere Räume wurden zuletzt vollständig modernisiert. Das Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und um das Wohl seiner Gäste bedacht.
