We had a very pleasant stay in Xabia. on first glance the furnishings look a little tired but everything is in good working order. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was a nice temperature. The grass in the garden could have done with a cut but its not the end of the world. The one downside is that the road outside the villa is a busy road on a hill. Access to and from the villa is tricky and there could do with being a mirror to help do this safely. We got by by having another member of our party watching the traffic on the road, but if I was doing it by myself I wouldn't have been comfortable. But overall a pleasant stay in a comfortable villa

The villa was spacious and tastefully decorated with all the amenities required for a home from home experience. Highlight the cleanliness of the house, excellent The pool and outside area was fantastic with a lovely gazebo with plenty of seating in the shade and sunshine. All in all it was a great location you do need a car but it only took us 12 minutes to walk to Arenal beach with a good range of restaurants cafes and bars. I would certainly consider a return visit. The meet and greet service was excellent and Ika was able to provide information on both the villa amenities as well as details of shops, restaurants and local events.

Hemos estado tan bien... La casa tenía calefacción por suelo radiante, súper acogedora y soleada. La casa está muy limpia, no le hace falta nada, está muy completa. No hemos tenido que utilizar el coche para nada, se puede ir andando a todo, cosa que a mi marido le encanta. La propietaria es muy atenta y amable. La recomendaría siempre, aunque me gustaría mantenerlo en secreto.

Die Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgte genau und pünktlich wie verabredet und war ebenso unkompliziert wie beim auschecken. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben in super Lage. Zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurants und Strand ebenfalls zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Deutsches, Englisches, Spanisches TV. Patricia und ihre Eltern sind freundliche Gastgeber und stehen gerne zur Verfügung . Gerne wieder.

Javea 2019 Water Water everywhere but not in the pool...

The villa is very well situated close to two main supermarkets and easily accessible for the Arenal. Cleanliness was very good and all basic requirements are catered for in terms of household amenities. However the house and contents are becoming a little tired and simple repairs such as loose toilet seat and misaligned cupboard doors and the safe which is inoperable due to the batteries leaking are not completed. Noise from the road could be an issue for those seeking peace and quiet as it is fairly loud. The garden is small but well maintained. The pool is good although not the 11x5 meters advertised! There is a water irrigation system installed which went off unexpectedly on our first day and saturated everyone not a huge problem but a warning would have been nice. Parking at the property is a challenge as it is semi detached and shares the drive with the neighbour meaning you park close to wall and reverse onto the main road which is a difficult manoeuvre if you’re alone. There was an issue in the fact that we booked the villa for 5 and only 4 sun beds were available this is disappointing as everything in the house caters for 6 in terms of chairs and table. The condition of the garden furniture is similar to the property in general in that it is becoming a little tired. In my opinion the property needs some updating or risks becoming a big disappointment for those booking from the pictures provided on various web sites. At the end of the first week the water level of the pool started to drop. This was reported to the owners and the subsequent investigation resulted in the pool being unusable from Wednesday as the level had dropped considerably that resulted in the filtration system no longer being operable. The owner was very apologetic but it did put a bit of a damper on our holiday as did the weather which poured hard on several occasions but unfortunately not enough to refill the pool! Overall if location is the most important thing then this villa is great just a shame about the issues.

Wonderful place to stay

A very lovely kept and presented home. Very comfortable house , not just a holiday let with pool. An easy 8 minute walk to the Arenal beach and all the restaurants. Extremely caring and helpful owner in Ika and daughter, Patricia. All facilities of a home, with comfortable bed and great wifi (included in the price). Highly recommend .

Buona location per visitare la zona di Javea

Abbiamo (3 adulti e 2 ragazzi) trascorso due settimane in questa casa, non lontano dalla spiaggia dell'Arenal. La casa é una villa bifamiliare, e la strada d'accesso serve ad entrambi le abitazioni. La valutazione globale è buona. Sicuramente positiva è la location. Si trova a ca. 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e molto vicino a due supermercati (massimo 5 minuti a piedi). Chiaramente per andare in spiaggia non è necessario avere un'automobile; questa è però necessaria se si vogliono visitare i dintorni (varie spiagge della zona, Denia, etc.). Ottima è la piscina privata, più grande rispetto alla misura standard di 8x4 m. In casa vi era tutto quanto serve per trascorrere una vacanza, compreso un ottimo (e rapido) accesso wifi. Punti leggermente negativi sono la vicinanza ad una strada piuttosto trafficata, e l'accesso alla casa con l'automobile, che è un po' difficoltoso, visto che è meglio entrare nel vialetto in retromarcia. Inoltre, per lasciar passare l'automobile dell'inquilino dell'altra casa è necessario posteggiare molto vicino ad una siepe. Per il resto non possiamo che consigliare questa casa. La proprietaria ci ha dato precise e rapide risposte a tutto quanto chiesto, e si è subito attivata quando abbiamo avuto un problemino con l'acqua calda (problema prontamente risolto).

Comfortable villa for easy vacation

We stayed in the the villa with a group of two adults and four children (5-10 years). The villa was perfect for us, as the kids loved the pool and the garden, and the villa itself had enough room to allow also some personal space when needed. The pool was of perfect size and depth, as even the 5 yers old could reach the bottom of the pool in the shallow end, and the older kids could jump to water in the deeper end. The pool was their favourite! Javéa was the perfect destination for us, and we could definitely consider this villa again!

Briliant location, house, garden & pool

The property was perfect for us 2 adults, children 4, 11 & 13. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The garden and pool were brilliant and bigger than the photo look, we will return. It was approx. 10-15 min walk to the beach and a large supermarket was only a couple of mins away. Highly recommended for a great holiday. Patricia arranged for us to be collected from the airport and was very helpful for anything we needed to know about the property or the surrounding area.

Modern villa with everything you need!

This was just perfect for our grown up family. We have been to this this part of Spain for over 10 years and as we know the area so well, we wanted a comfortable house to that was close to all amenities and we didn't have to reply on a car. We travelled with grown up children, so it met their requirements of enjoying all that Javea had to offer and also for us parents being able to relax, knowing that we too could relax by the lovely private pool and garden. The "Consum" supermarket was only a couple of minutes walk and town/beach only 15 minutes walk. There is a well equipped kitchen with TV and WiFi, enough for everybody to use. Fantastic property, perfect fro 4 adults. The pool and outside space are perfect. All correspondence with Patricia beforehand was excellent including directions. The location is superb, less than 5 minutes to a huge supermarket & a pleasant 15 minute stroll to Arenal beach. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

Great property for family with pool

This was just perfect for us. We focused on getting a comfortable house to stay at and our dealings with Patricia (great English) beforehand persuaded us this was the right one - it was. We travelled with two children (7 & 9), who spent a lot of the time in the pool (about 4ft to 7+ft at the deep end). Antonio (Patricia's father ?) met us and we enjoyed testing our Spanish (all three words :-) ) and sign language with him - all good fun - great guy ! Its very private - good security near the "Consum" supermarket (5 mins walk) and near the town (about 15-20 mins walk) We hired a car for the week (parking behind electric gate) and drove from Alicante airport to the property in about 1hr 10 mins. The Arenal beach is beautiful, soft sand and fun waves for the kids with body boards (we left two behind us if your kids enjoy this !) There is a well equipped kitchen. The wifi is about 3MB - perfect for streaming internet TV (Engilsh channels for the Euros !) and the odd film for the kids. We enjoyed the Lungo Mare restaurant - great pizza and also lovely pastas ! We went here three times - relaxed but good food It can be summarised by clean comfortable property in great location with a beautiful pool. We were comfortable and happy here and would return ...

Very nice and cozy villa, good location

Communication from Patricia was excellent before we arrived and was greeted by Patricia's mother, very friendly family! The villa is very nice and with our family of 5 enough space for all. Very clean and lot's of facilities for cooking and cleaning. Location is good, about 15-20 minutes stroll with children to the beach. I definitely Recommend this villa!

Überragendes Ferienhaus!!! Super nette Vermieter!

Zum dritten Mal verbrachten wir in diesem Ferienhaus unseren ersten Urlaub im Jahre. Und auch nach dem dritten Mal sind wir noch immer von dem Haus, der Lage, der Gegend und den Vermietern begeistert. Das Haus hat alles was benötigt wird!!! Der Pool und Garten sind sooo sooo toll!! Das Meer ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele. Wir kommen wieder und können das Haus nur empfehlen!!

Villa extra , très bien agencée , confortable .... La piscine permet de pouvoir se baigner même le soir quand il faut chaud car elle est très bien éclairée. Supermarché à 2mn à pied. Seule chose il y a une route qui passe à côté ce qui fait que la sieste autour de la piscine est un peu bruyante mais pas infaisable ... ceci dit on n'entend rien de l'intérieur une fois tout fermé. Si vous voulez manger une paella exceptionnelle commandez là avec Ika ... elle est vraiment délicieuse !!!!

Wonderful location, well equipped villa

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful 8 night stay in Javea, in this lovely 3 bedroom villa. All the dealings we had with Patricia beforehand and during our stay were professional, kind and thoughtful. Her father, Antonio, greeted us and showed us around, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was immaculately clean and very well maintained. This enabled us to relax after a fun but busy week of exploring the Andalucía and Valencia regions. The villa is situated at the bottom of a hill and it is a lovely 15 minute stroll down to Javea playa, with all it's bars and restaurants. For those who like walking, Javea port is a further 30/40 minute stroll along the beautiful, rugged coastline, with plenty of places to stop for a drink along the way - in fact we walked all the way into Javea old town to use the market, had a lovely lunch and then we walked back again! Patricia was kind enough to recommend a drive for us, which took us to Cap de la Nao amongst other spots, with views that were simply breath-taking. We will definitely return, when funds and time allow!

Lovely position and very private

The property was spotlessly clean and the pool was quite large suitable for all the family..the directions to get there were very clear , no problem finding it. The supermarket is round the corner and it's a short walk to restaurants cafés and beach and lovely javea, the only thing I would like to say to owners is it could do with more sun beds and information on the area, but highly recommend it , we would DEFINATELY go back
