Additionally, there are three bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with one room having an en-suite shower/WC. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, and also benefits from air conditioning and forced-air heating, as well as an exit to the terrace.

On the lower ground floor, you'll find a playroom with air conditioning, forced-air heating, and an exit leading to the patio and swimming pool. This level also houses another bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), an en-suite bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, along with direct access to the patio and pool area. An additional shower/WC is also located on this level.
