Welcome to "Batavia," a beautiful and cosy holiday rental nestled in the prestigious residential district of Balcón al Mar in Xàbia, Spain. Occupying the first floor of a charming villa, this property enjoys a quiet, sunny, and elevated position just 300 metres from the sea, offering a serene retreat for those seeking both comfort and natural beauty. The villa is surrounded by a generous private garden of 1,300 square metres, fully fenced to ensure complete privacy and security throughout your stay. A private swimming pool measuring 5 x 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 150 to 250 centimetres, is available year-round from 1 January to 31 December, accessible via an internal staircase. Reliable internet WiFi keeps you connected during your stay, while private parking is available on the property. The combination of lush outdoor space, a well-appointed pool, and a tranquil residential setting makes "Batavia" an exceptional choice for a refined and relaxing escape.

Please note that access to the property involves a stepped path consisting of 19 steps leading up to the house, which guests should take into consideration when planning their arrival.

The property owner does not accept bookings from youth groups under any circumstances. This elegant 4-room villa spans 200 m2 across the upper floor and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious living room measures 34 m2 and is furnished with comfort and style, creating an inviting space for relaxation and socialising. The first bedroom is a generously sized 44 m2 suite featuring a dedicated dressing room, a French bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 190 cm, and a private en-suite bathroom complete with bath, shower, bidet, and WC. The second bedroom measures 24 m2 and is equipped with a French bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. The third bedroom measures 12 m2 and contains 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide with a length of 190 cm. The fully equipped kitchen features a cooking island and a dining table, making it ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together. A second bathroom with bidet and WC, as well as a separate WC, complete the interior layout. A large terrace extends the living space outdoors, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the sea, and is furnished with terrace furniture and 5 deck chairs.
