Private: garden 825 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 10 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Toscamar" 4.4 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 6 km. Tennis 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
