La casa es muy buena, el tercer año que vamos. Tiene de todo lo necesario excepto un par de cosas. Una que no tiene ducha exterior en la piscina y otra que carece de aire acondicionado, que otros años no echamos de menos pero este sí. Decir que el primer día la piscina tenía el agua muy sucia pero el segundo día vino el de mantenimiento y mejoró bastante. Otra cosa a mejorar, los ventiladores de techo, que son muy ruidosos

Wir waren mit Freunden in dieser Unterkunft und haben uns super erholt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man bei uns im täglichen Leben braucht. Es war sauber und gepflegt.

Das Haus war alles in allem sehr gut! Hier und da leichtes Verbesserungspotenzial wie zum Bsp.Abflussreinigung der Dusche vor Mieterwechsel und evtl. bessere Matratzen, aber das sieht ja jeder etwas anders.

Han sido unas vacaciones muy buenas, la casa es tal y como se describe en el anuncio, grande, amplia, limpia y con una piscina increíble. La atención a la hora de recoger las llaves fue muy buena y con un trato muy familiar por parte del chico q nos atendió, incluso nos hizo unos regalos como detalle por parte de la agencia. Por decir algo que no nos gusto.... la barbacoa de gas ( muy aparatosa) y que no nos avisaron de que todos los martes y viernes va un empleado, por cuenta del propietario,

Estupendo alojamiento

La casa dispone de todo lo que necesites para tu estancia, chalet grande con una buena piscina que los chicos la disfrutaron. La casa esta muy bien ubicada cerca de todos los lugares importantes de javea. En definitiva, la casa es ideal para repetir.

Vivienda muy confortable y bonita, con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia, la zona exterior terraza y piscina esta muy bien distriduída y permite pasar todo el día fuera disfrutando del baño, tomando el sol o durante las comidas sin estar observado. En la zona de aparcamiento caben mas de cuatro coches. La zona es muy tranquila sin ruidos ni molestias nocturnas.

Es una casa ideal para ir en grupo. Todo estaba en muy buenas condiciones. La cocina contaba con todos los utensilios necesarios. La ubicación te permite hacer paseos hasta algunos de los cabos cercanos. El único "pero" sería que la conexión a Internet no funcionaba muy bien.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus. 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und ein schöner Außenbereich mit gepflegtem Pool und Grill. In der Küche war alles was nötig war vorhanden. Ein kleines Päckchen mit 2 Müllbeutel, Spülschwamm und Minigröße Spülmittel war auch vorhanden. Kleine Minuspunkte: nur ein schlecht trocknendes Geschirrhandtuch, keine Tabs für die Spülmaschine, ein Handtuch zusätzlich für die Hände im Bad wäre gut, die Messer waren nicht wirklich scharf. Fazit: sehr gute Unterkunft!!!

I am addicted to Javea :)

It is very well located villa. There are 3 good restos in the neighborhood. Restaurante XXX Muy buen paella! Muy buen servicio!!! XXX right next door XXX they treat you as a family! And you get a discount if order takeaway! XXX :) Italian XXX And many more. :) At the villa there is a gas grill and a teras. We spent all evenings there drinking Rioja vine ! There were some troubles with water and electricity, but regarding to region it is normal. Interhome took care of everything. As we made a request, in the morning there was a handyman who fixed everithing! When you book with interhome, you are not alone and will get a support. Thank you Villa Pomeraj Owner and Interhome for our summer vacations! Villa is perfect for two families, rooms are located so that you won't feel abused. There is 2 fridges and a washing machine :) and new kitchen technics Looking forward to come to javea next summer im 2018 ! :)
