Spectacular penthouse 100m from beach in the middle of the Arenal area

"Precioso y cómodo apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estadía. La casa está muy bien equipada, concina con todo los utensilios, aire acondicionado y ventiladores en toda la zona de la casa....Nos gustó mucho la terraza, con vistas espectaculares. Muy buena comunicación y todo el tiempo estuvieron pendientes por si necesitasemos algo."

"Lovely apartment, well kept, with Air con, and ceiling fans. We have stayed in La Isla many years at different apartments, and could not fault this one. The only thing is the bedroom has a double bed not a kingsize, sofa is 2 seater so sleeps 1, and the linen curtains do let in the sunlight in the morning. Loved our stay. Could do with more glasses as only really 2 of each. 2 wine glasses / 2 beer glasses / 3 water glasses etc... Also the bed in the bedroom is a double not a kingsize as advertised, it would be small for 2 adults to share, luckily I slept with my 10 year old. Also the linen curtains in the lounge were great, but could do with some Black out or darker ones as well for early morning sun, or afternoon naps as the white linen does not keep the sun light out."

"Emplacement idéal à 5 minutes de la plage et des commerces. Piscine très agréable . Terrasse grande exposée ouest. Les chambres mériteraient une meilleure literie, sommiers grinçants. Tres bonne climatisation gainée de partout . Les douches n’ont pas de douchettes pour se laver sans se mouiller les cheveux .Nous étions 2 couples donc tres a l’aise dans ce bel appartement de plein pied . On s’y sent bien . Équipement de cuisine complet et suffisant. Garage souterrain spacieux on a pu ranger remorque et voiture suv ."

"We stayed for a week at the end of June, at this beautifully located beachfront hotel. The view of the bay is stunning as all of the rooms overlook the beach and indeed the hotel’s beautiful gardens. If you are looking for a full-on, adrenaline pumped, pool- gamed hotel … this is not the hotel for you. Here you find a sophisticated, relaxed, refined vibe that suites couples and travellers wanting a quieter place to stay. Our room was large, clean, comfortable with a large bathroom and terrace overlooking the gardens and beach. What more could you want! Cleaned daily by friendly staff. The restaurant served a typically Spanish breakfast in a relaxed style. Good food every day - it helped if you had a smattering of Spanish to order the hot options as sometimes you didn’t always get what you were expecting! The pool is plenty big enough and secluded. No high octane music but ‘borrows’ music from the nearby beach bars. Always plenty of loungers and you can borrow the hotel towels, so no need to pack your own. Wonderfully warm water too. The only thing it lacks is a pool bar - you have to travel up to the hotel to get a drink. Maybe this is different in high season? The staff were always helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel and we are considering Parador hotels for our next stay too."
