The hotel looks modern from the outside, the front desk staff is professional, but when you get your room card and go to the room you will find that the hallway is dirty, food crumbs and garbage are everywhere, the same is true in the room, the carpet is dirty and there are no slippers in the room, I would say this is not even as clean as the motels I have stayed in, don't be deceived by its appearance!!!

Overall the room was nice. Only problem was the sink with little trickle of warer coming out, had to use the shower just to wash my face. Another thing is that at 3am the fire alarm went off for no reason. People were crowded by the front desk and no one seemed to care to explain what was going on. Also i find it crazy that they charged a resort fee.

The room was very clean and secure. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool courtyard was great although it needed better chairs and tables. The museum exhibit was very cool and I appreciate their pet friendly policy. The comped drinks at the video poker bar were very strong and promptly served. The exterior of the whole building really needs some serious upkeep and the valet lanes were blocked which didn’t create a very good first impression. The restaurant and coffee shop were closed at least while I was there.

We arrived at 1:30 am aftera long car trip and were given a room on the bottom floor. It was very cold and dreary. The sheets did not look clean and we were not given enough towels. I went to the front desk and reported it, and I asked to have the sheets changed. We got back at 10 pm and the room had not been cleaned at all! It was so upsetting! They brought towels and sheets and WE had to change them. The front desk told us that once you check in they do not clean the room until the end of your stay so that was why nothing was done! This is not acceptable since wepaid for two nights!

Room is good! Convenient parking. There wasn't much to eat at the hotel, so we didn't go to the diner - it looked intimidating. There was no draft IPA in the bars.

I was very disappointed with the service at this hotel and especially with the attitude of the front desk staff. When booking the room, the listing clearly stated that a hair dryer would be provided in the bathroom. However, after checking in around 8:00 PM, we discovered there was no hair dryer at all. I tried calling room service, but it was not reachable by phone. I then contacted the front desk to request a hair dryer. The front desk lady repeatedly said she could not hear me. After I hung up and called again, she then said she could not understand me. I eventually went to the front desk in person and spoke with a senior lady who was likely the same person I talked to on the phone. She again claimed she could not understand my request. After I explained it clearly, she simply said there was no hair dryer and immediately ended the conversation, sitting down with her eyes closed as if ignoring me. Her partner looked surprised but said nothing. This behavior felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The next morning, I noticed the room next door had a hair dryer. I spoke with a housekeeping staff member, who confirmed that they do have hair dryers and kindly brought one to me. I really appreciate the help from the cleaning staff, but I am very disappointed by the misinformation and lack of service from the front desk. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this hotel.

The room service was not existent, surprisingly by design. I requested maids to clean the room and they refused. They stated they only clean when people check out. This is more than little inconvenient if you're staying there for a week or more. It was difficult to get clean towels.I never got clean sheets. You are basically on your own and have to do everything yourself. The rest of the hotel is just dirty and neglected. Stay here if all you're looking for is a basic room with a bathroom.That's all; no other services whatsoever. Would only stay for one maybe two or three nights nothing more.

Clean room, comfortable bed, lots of pillows. Friendly staff. I went on a weekday so restaurants were closed but many to select from outside Primm. No valet or bellboys which made it a challenge since I'm disabled, but plenty of carts which was very helpful. Overall a good stay.

Clean room for the most part, no refrigerator in room; cabinets and dressers drawers were very loose or were screwed shut. Biggest positive was the staff being very kind, courteous, quick and receptive. Otherwise, you essentially get what you pay for as a result of it being a two star hotel with a casino attached to it.

The room had no bathtowels. I didn't realize this until 6am in the morning when we were rushing to get out the door. Housekeeping was not available until 9am, so I had to walk (the very long walk) back to the front desk to get towels. The only upside was the apologetic and understanding young man that was working the front desk. He said (along with another staff member later) that this is a common occurance.
