「Perfect location for a girls trip. We prefer to have our own bedrooms so decided to try staying off the strip this year. It did not disappoint! House was clean and very well stocked. Check-in and communication super easy. 15 minute Uber to the strip. Backyard area was beautiful with the pool and provided a great place to hang out and talk. Definitely would return.」

I wanted to share some concerns about my recent stay and request your help in reviewing whether a partial refund might be appropriate.
When I checked in, I asked if it would be possible to place my room on the same floor as another family member staying at the hotel. I was told that because my reservation was booked through Expedia and listed as a private room, the hotel was unable to make any adjustments and that I would need to contact the host through the booking platform if I needed...
