“Air didn’t work in the room. And didn’t have any fans. ”

“Great staff, very friendly. The warm cookies were excellent. However the rug in our room badly needed cleaning. The drain in our shower was very slow and there was a previous guests half drunk bottle in the fridge. On the plus side the bed was clean and comfortable and we were able to sleep well.”

“The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.”

“Check-in info was detailed and accurate. No issues at all. The space was so homey and welcoming. And James really was a God send. Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation. ”
