“We got exactly what we wanted. A room with a beautiful view of the River and Bolt castle. The resort was very clean and well staffed. The only problem we had was timing. We got there a week late. Everyone had left and nothing was open. Maybe next year we will visit the castle. Alex bay is a ghost town after October 15.”

“It was a clean basic accommodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was closed too early so we’re not able to access while there. But they did let us get a coffee. Good overall stay”

“Because Hampton Inn is our usual “go to” hotel when we’re on the road, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpet in our room and the bathroom floor. Fitness Facility floor could also use a good cleaning Otherwise, standard Hampton Inn quality.”

“We enjoyed a lot to stay in your place on Columbus Day Weekend in the heart of Alexandria Bay Town, the room was clean and right next to the dock you can park your boat or go fishing. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed delicious coffee they serve all day long in the lobby and also you can use toaster and microwave to warm up your meals, outside next to the dock is nice picnic area with girls, vending and ice machines and lots of tables, beach……
