“The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Natalia responded quickly to any questions we had both before and during our 6-night stay in October. The apartment was clean and stocked with the paper products, toiletries, and dishes we needed. We appreciated having extra storage space in the bathroom - two large drawers, a medicine cabinet, and places to hang towels. We enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood, while still being fairly close to many stores and restaurants. Thanks, Natalia!”

“Henry was prompt in answering questions. There is a great garage to park in with EV chargers. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go to spend time with our son at Pitt during family weekend. We would definitely stay there again. The fancy commode with the heated seat was an added benefit, and we loved the history of Luna Park on the walls in the hallway. ”

“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

“Rental provided a great location for exploring Pittsburgh with local friends over the Fourth of July holiday. Owner provided fairly clear instructions for check-in, as well as a comprehensive guide to the rental. Rental was clean, had a fantastic view of the city for fireworks, and plenty of space to spread out. Area is a little bit underdeveloped, but parking was easy and didn't have any issues apart from mild lack of walkability due to hillside location. Overall, a very nice rental that we……

“Great apartment, great host. There was a minor issue with the place. The host went out of her way to get things fixed for us. The parking is off-street, which is a huge plus. Kitchen was well-equipped, and had silverware and dishes. The place also had a Keurig and K-cups. Would absolutely stay here again!”
