Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. The rooms were clean and spacious, beautiful building and friendly staff. Parking is what you would expect in a downtown area but was very easy and the attendant was great.

The room/ apartment was beautiful. The building was built in the early 1900. The architecture was amazing. Even if we were close to the highway, the room/apartment was very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. I really enjoyed my stay. Due to the outside snow covering the ground we needed a floor mat to put our wet shoes as well as a wet mop to clean the floor. I would recommend

Very close to downtown (the strip district) area), the botanical gardens is not to far either ! Only thing that kinda sucks is trying to find the parking lot but we ended up finding it ! Very clean !

Everyone I encountered was amazing through our experience related to our stay. There was an event occurring in the main entry way during our stay and the valet assisted us in locating parking, called the front desk and checked in from the door, they were very informative and helpful, even the building staff were very friendly and helpful helped us with the door on arrival. It would be nice to be able to use valet service, especially since it is paid parking anyways, and also enter through the nicer main lobby rather than a service entrance and padded frieght elevator... I did chose the Penn because of its prestige, location, amenities, and to view/enjoy craftsmanship of the architecture and chandilers specifically (as a former apprentice of the artist). Overall great stay.

My room was very clean with a beautiful city view. The space is well thought out and very comfortable. There are also a lot of walkable shops and restaurants. Check-in was a little awkward as there was an event in front of the main entrance that I had to walk through with my luggage and speak very loudly over while checking in. Overall it was a nice getaway experience.

The room is pretty great! But we were told we were gonna be sent the information for check in before check in so we went out waiting and by 4:30 heard nothing. I’ve called several times and it kept telling me to leave a voicemail, I even texted and emailed too trying to figure out anything I could. Finally they answered my call and said we would get check in information when we got there instead.

I loved this hotel. I would stay here again. Super clean, soft towels, comfortable bed and pillows, etc. The only negative is the parking. I got a ticket because my parking was only till 2:00 am. I’m sure it was user error on the parking app.

It was a difficult time getting in to park - there were no clear instructions, and their main portico was blocked off for a wedding the next day. We were let in by Valet, who wasn't supposed to let us get in until we had a code, but we couldn't park anywhere to get in to get said code. Once inside, the onsite person was friendly, but clueless. We actually had to help him check us in. A little embarrassing, but we got in. The unit was very clean! The space was perfect for our stay.

Good, but not without issues

Staff was very kind, although seemed a bit overwhelmed. Room was clean, good location, but….toilet didn’t work properly, and maintenance was not on site and basically useless, thankfully I was able to remedy the situation myself, but it required use to manually open the tank and fiddle with the float/water filling component every time we needed to flush. There was a not so great odor in general throughout the unit, but it is an old building, no TV in the bedroom was a slight bummer, and there was construction going on the the room next door for about the first 2 hours after arrival…

Beautiful historic building that was originally the train station, perfectly convenient for taking Amtrak or any events at the convention center. No food bar or room service available however.
