Welcome to Modern Manor on Maple!

Built in the 1920s, this charming two-story farmhouse is located in the heart of Jeffersonville. It’s conveniently a walking distance to a restaurant, a supermarket, and an local shops. For entertainment, there is the famous Bethel Wood performing Arts Center only 15 minutes away. The town of Callicoon is nearby and the Delaware River for all those nature lovers. Wonderful place!

There were a couple small issues and the listing definitely needs updated pictures. Communication with owner was easy and responses were quick. We loved the neighborhood and the attention to detail the owners put into the decor. They also had a handmade guide with events and restaurant recommendations.

The interior was "cute" but the first floor, especially the kitchen, smelled moldy (probably due to a wet basement, but cannot confirm since we didn't go there). There were signs in both bathrooms stating not to flush toilet paper! - we confirmed this with the property manager who said to throw it in the waste basket and the cleaning crew would take care of it. Never encountered such a thing, anywhere! Won't be staying here again. However, it is walkable to town and the town is adorable.

We had a great stay. The host was quick to communicate. Check in was super simple. Walking distance to nice little town that had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a great stay!
