Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Needs a lot of TLC

The configuration of this condo is great for groups—two bedrooms and a bath and kitchenette on lower level and two bedrooms with two baths on upper level. Main level for kitchen and living area. However, the place was very poorly stocked (no hot pads, little silverware, wash cloths etc). The batteries were dead in all the remotes which are the only way to control the air conditioning (we just unplugged it when we wanted it off and plugged it back in). Lots of light bulbs are burnt out. The curtain covering the patio door was falling down. The listing says 4 bedrooms and a pool but the pool is $86/person/day because it is a resort amenity and not included. Communication was very confusing—red awning sent things saying nine things and ethos property rental sent things saying something else. Wouldn’t recommend
