"This is a great hotel, staff are excellent. The indoor pool was lovely and the changing facilities there are really nice. The gym area isn’t great, would be much better placed at a window with views - feels wasted in a dark box. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed while we were there. Breakfast is excellent but expensive. Generally all the on site options (cafe, bar, spa) were overpriced and there were better options available outside of the hotel, everything we did have in the hotel was high quality though."

"Overall it was good, but the suite at the resort was missing something to really make it a wow experience. The gym was okay and the indoor pool was nice, though it would have been great if at least one of the outdoor pools had been heated, as they were closed due to the season. The service was great and the staff were incredibly friendly"

"Overall, a wonderful property in a fantastic location, staffed with friendly and professional folks who are very good English speakers. Every room has an ocean view, and for the price we got on the hotels.com site, it was a terrific deal. Everything was clean, convenient, and easy. In the future, it would be great to see the fitness center expanded. :) Highly recommend!"

"Adam checked us in, he is well mannered and professional. The check-in was hassle free. The property is outstanding in the area of other small hotels and eateries. Area wise, not fancy, it has an attached Casino, so you know what this hotel’s main clientele is. The building is tall, we had a high floor room, really appreciate that, and the room is exceptional. The view from the room is meh, we enjoyed the size of it. We drove to this hotel, carparking was included, though it would be easier to remember where you parked if they labelled the zones/spaces. Can’t complain, this hotel is a big brand and offers the expects conforts. If I am to be critical, the pillows are all too soft for my liking."

"Clean room, authentic hanok experience, bedding is standard futon mattress although we have tried other accommodations that have thicking futons which made an even better experience. "

"The pool and poolside entertainment are great. There's a good bowling alley on site too. Only negative is the on site cuisine is insanely and insultingly overpriced for Korea. Fortunately there's a breakfast spot and a few other restaurants right next door. But honestly all the food should be at least 50% of the list price--and it would still be pricey for Jeju."
