This property was very lacking and cost about triple what we normally pay. Though the house had been "cleaned" our feet got black from the floor, the bathroom was full of hairs, mystery blue stuff on tile in shower, stove was FILTHY and smells like burning cat **** when turned on. Wifi was slow and spotty; streaming a movie was horrible. As reported to Jekyll Realty, dishwasher didn't work the first week, and I spent Christmas washing my own dishes by hand. We asked for a credit for that but no one ever replied. We asked for notice before someone entered the property for the safety of our pets, but they ignored that too. Not respectful nor safe toward us at all. There is no peeler in the kitchen, back bedroom needs a nightlight. Outlets are so old plugs just fall out, not enough 3-prong outlets at all, dishwasher hinge is broken. Humidity in the house fogging windows is AWFUL. Floor is way too much tile, feet were dirty the first hour we got there; we had to buy throw rugs to feel not-disgusting. We didn't care about the cosmetic issues everywhere, but these functional issues are a problem being comfortable and day-to-day living, and really wasted hours of our vacation time with hassle.
