“Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things in the room that needed some maintenance, and had that maintenance been done, it would have improved the experience.
I thought it was a little tacky that they charge a resort fee per day, but it doesn't give you access to anything unique that other hotels already offer without charging a resort fee. And I was a little offended that I was expected to remove my trash out of my room when I checked out.”

“This was the worst stay i've ever had. We get there at 4pm (check in time) and the beds werent made, there were towels in the rooms and all over the bathroom. It obviously wasnt cleaned yet, so we left to go eat and at 4:50 the property manager calls and says the cleaning crew was running behind. Parking is very hard to come by after 4, so we get back at 5 and its pouring down rain and we try to get in and the cleaning crew is inside so we had to wait out in the rain with all of our stuff until……

“This was one of the best places we have stayed on St. SIMON island.. such a beautiful and CLEAN villa. It was worth the money. It also was personal, quiet, and comfortable. The location was perfect. We will return next year!”
