The kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, and a dining table, as well as a satellite TV with a flat screen. There is an exit leading to the terrace from the kitchen area.

The property offers 2 showers/WC for your convenience. Outside, you will find a terrace with furniture and 2 deck chairs, providing a beautiful view of the sea. The house utilizes solar energy, with electricity supplied via a solar collector, which is dependent on the weather conditions. Please note that electrical devices with more than 12V cannot be operated in this house, and there is restricted usage of electric devices such as mobile phones and laptops. The fridge and oven are gas-powered, and hot water preparation is via a gas system.
