First place there is not cleaned( stained on bedsheet, no towel and the floor very sticky. I toilet there is no basic toiletry even don't have mineral drinks.

overall disappointed because the room is dirty..1st i get the room but scan card cannot use to open the door, also the lamp is blinking..so that i request to change another room, its better than before..1st & last checkin this hotel..but the receptionist so friendly, one of them paid my parking..thanks to her 👍

不滿:住宿狀況和客房舒適度
Not really a boutique hotel
Disappointed to find my room was windowless. This was not mentioned in the Expedia listing and ironic for a hotel called "Best View". Light switches were far from bed and the "desk" had no chair. Only two hangers for clothes, The assigned room was next to reception and a small sitting area and was noisy throughout the night.
