“We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. “We found 2 pills on the carpet when we arrived, we’re happy our dog didn’t get them but obviously the floors weren’t properly cleaned between guests. The first morning our room was cleaned but the coffee supply wasn’t replaced and the cups weren’t cleaned.”

“We loved the staff at H2 hotel! They were very kind and helpful - gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Breakfast was great - could choose healthy free continental or more hearty paid menu. We loved that they had free bikes, free latte/breakfast option and free valet parking. No nickel and diming. ”
