재방문 의사 없습니다

노후화된 시설로 창문에서는 바람이 들어옴 수건이 낡고 꿉꿉한 냄새가 남 불량한 객실청소 상태로 바닥에 얼룩과 머리카락이 있어 룸 컨디션이 엉망 사용하지 않은 샤워가운에 머리카락이 붙어있음 윗층과 옆방 화장실 물소리와 복도에서 들리는 소음 금연실 사용인데도 불구하고 복도와 객실 내에서 담배 냄새가 남 새벽에 갑자기 켜지는 시스템 에어컨 소음과 불빛 때문에 잠에서 깸 주차장이 협소함 객실 내부가 너무 건조함 전국 라마다 호텔 이용해봤지만 역대 최악으로 재방문의사 없음

407호에 묵었습니다. 창밖에 바로 냉난방기의 실외기가 있어서 밤새 웅웅 대는 기계음 때문에 한숨도 자지 못했습니다. 제가 소음에 민감하다고 특별히 조용한 방으로 달라고 사전에 요청했음에도 더 시끄러운 방을 주었습니다. 일단 방음 자체가 잘 되지 않았으며 창문또한 방음창이 아닌거 같습니다. 새벽부터 버스다니는 소리도 다 들립니다

좋지도 나쁘지도 않은, 조식은 정말 별루

전주는 갈만한 호텔이 너무 드물어요 라한 아니면 라마다 다른.한옥들은 어떨지 모르겠지만. 라한이 낫지만.주말에 라한은 미리 예약안하면 힘들어서 라마다 갔어요 모든 것이 쏘쏘.. 가격대비 그냥 괜찮다 뭐 없으니까요 그런데 조식이 매우.부실해요 가격대비.. 차라리 바로 옆에 버거킹 가는 게 나을지도요.

전주 출장때 여러번 이용했지만, 체크인할때 직원의 불친절과 심야에 옆 객실의 TV소음이 커서 불편했습니다. 참고로 12층 더블 입니다.

최악의 가족여행 숙박지.

부모님과 가족여행을 위해 숙박하였습니다. 전주에선 큰 규모인것 같아 편안함만 보고 선택했는데 도착후 주차안내원이 호텔 담벽에 임시 세워놓고 봐줄테니 일단 체크인하고 오라하더군요. 직원이 주차장이 부족해서 선착순.복불복 주차가 가능하다고 웃으면서 말해서 황당했죠.제2 주차장에 놓고 도보로 다니면 된다해서 연로하신 부모님 모시고 가봤더니 말과 다르게 차량 10분이상 걸렸습니다. 방음안되는것(옆방 티비소리.욕실 사용소리.다른 투숙객 대화소리 전부 다 듣고 있어야만 했고) 참아냈더니...조식먹는데 스프가 쉬었어요ㅠㅠ아까운건지 소스류는 아예 숟가락에만 묻은채 안채워놓아서 빈그릇이라 생야채 샐러드로 먹었습니다.아버님께서 한 말씀 하셨어요."80인생에 이런 호텔도 다 다녀본다" ㅠㅠ부끄럽고 죄송한 마음에ㅠ 최악의 여행했습니다.

방음이 별로이고 외부 소음도 있습니다

옆 방에서 밤늦게까지 음악 틀어놓고 떠드는데 그 소음이 그대로 들려서 잠 자기가 힘들고 전혀 편안하지 못했습니다. 그리고 뒷쪽은 주차장 및 공사장, 앞쪽은 도로라서 그런지 아침에는 차 소음도 들리고 여러모로 소음 때문에 힘들었습니다. 시스템 난방 소리도 굉장히 큰 편이고요. 내부에 비치된 협탁이나 작은 가전들이 노후된 편입니다. 다만 침구와 베개는 매우 좋았으며, 직원분들이 친절하셨습니다.

깨끗한데 소음이 너무심함

장점 : 깨끗, 깔끔. 영화거리(?) 나가서 저녁먹기 좋다. 단점(이게너무큼..) : 뒷편쪽 객실 받았는데 지금 무슨 빌딩공사중이라 체크인하고 잠시쉬는동안 공사소리가 너무시끄러웠고 다음날 아침 새벽부터 대형차 들어가는 소리에 계속깸. 공사소리에 아침이 즐겁지않음..

만족만족~

침구도 깨끗한 편이었고, 화장실도 깨끗했어요! 어매니티도 부족하지 않았고, 수건도 넉넉했습니다. 제가 소음에 민감한 편이 아니어서 그런지, 소음은 딱히 심하지 않았고, 대체적으로 만족스러웠습니다!

전반적으로는 편안하게 잘 묵었어요

전반적으로 좋았습니다. 객실도 청결하고. 다만 내부 편의시설이 너무 없고 호텔 조식이 너무 맛이 없어서 그 부분은 좀 실망스러웠어요 그냥 인근 맛집으로 갈걸 후회했습니다.
