Clean, safe, and a wonderful room for our family stay in NYC. Staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast options that were included. The staff even gave us four vouchers for everyday since we had four in our party.

All and all... good. Room is a little worn but not too bad. Elevator situation NOT Good. 3 Elevators but usually only two of three were running. Generally packed.. borderline insufficient number

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
The carpet had stains & probably hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The staff was helpful. It was nice having the ticktock diner attached to hotel.
