Nice and convenient place for small trips and NY commute

Greg (host) was very cooperative and helpful. The check-in was very smooth. The place was well maintained and clean. Overall the stay was good. Suggestions - 1. upgrade the sofa bed mattress 2. Update the pictures on the listing especially one of the bedroom.
