It is my daughter’s spring break, and all she wanted was a pool! I called ahead to ask if the indoor pool was heated, and the response was yes! That’s why we booked this hotel. There are tons of other hotels with indoor pools near us; if they had said no, then I would have never booked it here. I have now been waiting for almost two hours for this pool to be fixed.
I will be asking for a partial refund. The person at the front desk was extremely rude; he did not even know the situation and jumped to conclusions. Unbelievable.
Just found out that the Managers name is boomi and front desk named dre or dru. Manager was NONE existent. Other staff felt bad seeing my daughter and I walking back and forth from the pool just waiting because they kept saying that it is heated and will be heated.
Even the maintenance lady who was in charge of the pool said for us to jump in a 50 degree pool saying its ok and that its warm. But after seeing us hanging around the pool trying to get in, she admitted that it was going thorough maintenance..
so why even tell us to go in the freezing cold pool? Point is, we called in advance asking if this is a heated indoor pool basically half a day in advance, you guys should have communicated across teams that the pool would be under maintenance and told your customers that.
Unprofessional, we never got any answers, dont bother coming here.
