The hotel is in a beautiful part of Jersey City, very near the Newport Path Station and within walking distance of Hoboken. The area is very well kept and felt safe. The hotel building was well kept as well, but the actual apartment we were in needs a major update. The closet doors were falling off the hinges, the drain plug in tub as completely out and broken, mini blinds were broken and the windows have no screen or mechanism to protect one from falling out. (10th floor)

Advertised sleeper sofa, but not there. Was two couches. One was comfortable, one was contemporary and uncomfortable. Toliet was always running.

Amazing suites with best facilities you could ever ask for.,spectacular views of downtown Manhattan. The Path train is a 5 minute walk away, which takes you to either World Trade center or right up to the Empire State building. The Newport Center mall is opposite the Path station, with a great selection of shops and Wifi very good.

The apartment is located very close to the path station which made my travel very easy to the city. The view is beautiful as the property sits on the Hudson River. The apartment was clean and fresh. Would definitely recommend the place to all my friends and would undoubtedly stay here again.

This is a hotel with studio suites and therefore does not offer the amenities needed for business travel. There were no wake up call service, insufficient toiletries, no extra blankets, only 3 small bath towels and the room was not cleaned daily. It was not a good value for the price. I could have stayed in a hotel and got the services I needed.

Was most irritated to receive an email from the host the day I'm traveling from out of state informing me that there was no parking per se and there was a nearby garage requiring a separate payment. Additionally I learned that the front desk had nothing to do with the reservation and would not be able to assist me in any way. I called the number provided on that last minute email to verify that if I arrived later in the evening how would I locate a garage since the made no recommendation of its location. I was assured that the person at the desk would direct me to the nearest garage. Upon arrival an indifferent front desk man who told me that I would have to probably find parking "in the street somewhere" and that the garage belonged to tenants who lived in the condominium complex. I told him I understood about the bldg garage. After waiting about 20 seconds without any further comment, I asked if he could recommend where a parking garage might be. He shrugged and he said 'Columbus?' No directions or a hint of how far away that was. I was unable on my phone to quickly locate Columbus or any parking garage anywhere. Dragging my bag with my wife through city streets late at night was more than an inconvenience. I'll take the hit for this - but never again. Did not expect an air B&B type listing on Hotels.com

There were cockroaches in the room.

This is not a hotel but rather a third party management company that rents out apartments. There are no hotel amenities such as linen service or a front desk. Also, there are additional fees that are added which hotels.com says will be detailed on the receipt on arrival to the hotel. Since this is not an hotel, there is no front desk to receive a detailed receipt. They also change the location address without notification. I went to the address on my confirmation only to find out that was not the correct address. In addition, the booking states city views however the apartment only had views on the dumpsters behind the building. To add insult to injury, there was some kind of bug that bite my stomach the first night.

Lots of cracks in the walls, leaking toilet that took days to fix, problems with the lifts a lot, cranky doorman, minimal amenities included.

Al llegar a Jersey City a las 11 PM, no tenían reservación a mi nombre. Newport Tower Suites no es un hotel ni suites. Son departamentos, los cuales una empresa renta, que a su vez los ofrece como suites para turistas. La empresa no había dejado indicaciones de ningún tipo. Yo tenía la confirmación de mi reservación y hacía mes y medio que la había pagado. Hablamos al número telefónico de la empresa, el cual estaba en el correo de confirmación y nadie nos contestó. Conseguimos otro número y nos atendieron. La empresa alegaba que no tenía ningún registro de mi reservación, a pesar de yo tener varios correos electrónicos. Nos hicieron esperar una hora para reubicarnos a otro edificio. Con anterioridad y en repetidas ocasiones me comuniqué a Hoteles.com, quienes me aseguraban que mi reservación estaba confirmada. Cuando se presentó el problema también me comuniqué a Hoteles.com quienes me ofrecieron reubicarme, sin embargo la empresa nos solucionó el problema antes. Nos reubicaron a una suite mejor, aunque nos tuvieron tres días con la incertidumbre respecto a si nos dejarían ahí o si nuevamente nos cambiarían, algo que finalmente no sucedió. Nadie me dio razón de qué fue lo que sucedió con mi reservación. Hoteles.com debería prestar más atención respecto a los servicios que ofrece en su portal, ya que no es posible que Hoteles.com me diga que mi reservación está confirmada, que la empresa también me diga lo mismo y que al momento de hospedarme, mi reservación no exista.

1LDKのまあまあなホテルでした。 バスタブはあるけどお湯を溜める栓が無い、便器は外れそう、つかない電気がある、やかん、まな板が無い等、微妙な点はありましたが、まあ良かったと思います。 立地的には、ハドソン川沿いで雰囲気が良い、駅も近い、スーパー、ショッピングモールも近いので良いと思います。

Nice room but not as clean as I would like, the shower didn't work and I asked for it to be repaired which didn't happen. Close to where I wanted to be and quiet which I like.

We arrived at the address listed but the staff told us that he did not have any info about us. After a number of phone calls he finally found out that we were assigned to a separate building. The apartment is big with nice view. However, the bed is not comfortable and the kitchen needs upgrade. There's no bag in the trash can!

We arrived Friday night after a long dive from Miami Beach Fl, and the front desk did not have a clue about our reservation, they suppose to have the keys for the apt but they did not. I called several numbers and leave voice messages....nobody got back to me...not even today. It is a total mess.....

Studio was a good size but although bed & bathroom facilities were clean the rest of the studio was grubby & badly in need of decoration

The company were awful! Never responded to any of my emails. They show pictures of a terrace and washing machine, this was false advertising as there was no terrace or washing machine. I later discovered that there was a washing room but found out on the last day. The room needs a touch up with paint and the Tv or DVD wasn't working. The only good thing was the location as it was close to the Newport mall and the path but I would not use the same company again as I have used a couple of other companies and they responded straight away and were much more professional

I was asked to transfer to a sister property, the Monaco. It is an apartment building, with the unit rented to out of town visitors. They need to update the apartment with fresh paint, new carpet (better yet, remove the stained bedroom carpet and replace with wood or laminate). While it had a full kitchen, there was no pan to use inside the oven. Also, only one, tiny bar of soap for a 5 day stay.
