不滿：職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
The first room we checked into was spacious and very clean — we were impressed. However, the toilet kept making loud refill noises every few minutes. I reported it, and we waited over 20 minutes while someone tried to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved. It was already almost 11pm, and our kids were tired and still hadn’t showered, so we asked to switch rooms.
The second room had more issues — the toilet wouldn’t flush and the bedside lamp didn’t work. I asked to change again, but the front desk staff seemed unhappy and said, “We’re not supposed to switch the room” and “You didn’t even let the guy try to fix it,” even though we already had.
The third room was smaller but finally everything worked, so we just settled in. Overall, it was a stressful and exhausting experience at the end of a long day.
