Indulge in luxury at our beautifully restored home perfectly located in the heart of the city. Enjoy seamless access to NYC with ferry and bus options just minutes away. Surrounded by a plethora of shopping, entertainment, and dining options, you'll never run out of things to do.
Pamper your furry friend with a getaway as well! We welcome up to two pets to join you on your stay and simply ask that they are mentioned and added to the reservation
We offer parking in the towns outdoor municipal lot.
Best form of transportation is walking, NJ Transit bus, NY Waterway Ferry and uber.
Close proximity to NYC and the best skyline views in the world.
Overnight parking is available at municipal parking lots on a first come first serve basis. Overnight passes can be purchased at the lots and must be placed in the window or you will get ticketed.
Your hosts are also your neighbors!

Great location, easy to get to NY from there. Beautiful city skyline views a 10 minute walk from the property. Property was nice and clean, well maintained and exactly like the listing pictures. The neighborhood is quiet, lots of restaurants and easily walkeable. We would definitely stay here again.

Canadian Thanksgiving in New York

The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River. Location is good for access to New York, with Busses to and from the NY Port Authority Bus Terminal nearby (New Jersey Transit 159 and 166); the Port Imperial Ferry is a nice 20-minute walk from the apartment, mostly along the Hudson.

Quick stay

Facility is wonderful! Parking lot is unexpectedly blocks away from rental. Difficult to manage luggage with car parked illegally, grab the parking lot fob in the unit upstairs, find the garage, and walk back to unit. After the first time, it's better. Love the neighborhood! I didn't contact the property manager, so I can't really rate it accurately.

Brian was flexible and answered promptly!

We had a great time. The property is great and cheaper than most in the area. Clean, comfortable and well cared for. The neighborhood was wonderful!! Spanish spoken everywhere and an incredible variety of restaurants. Would have loved to have more time to explore. Brian was very flexible and we were able to check in earlier and stay a bit longer so we did not need to rush out or wander about with our bags. He solved any issue rapidly and answered all my questions promptly. This is a perfect spot to visit New York without having to deal with the chaos of the city. Traveling with my dog I am always concerned with the “pet allowed” label that is not always true, but in this case it is a pet friendly lodging, with a nice yard in the back. What would help are some in house instruction on house use and more specific informarion on buses, ferries and light rails to NY. By bus you can be in Port Authority in 15 min depending on traffic, but it took us a bit to figure this out.
