早機到。詢問能否提早入住時其中一位前台態度很差。 酒店那幾天有大型會議。非常擁擠。乘電梯要等10分鐘。 寄了快遞請酒店代收。包裹不知所終。員工也一直推卸責任。直到我退房那一天才找到但對我來說已經太晚了。
